Fill out the form for the contest or event you are registering for and take it to Event Day Registration at the Teen Center, located at the east end of First Street at Barker Reservoir.
Forms must be received by 11am.

Online registration/payment is closed. If you want to do the Polar Plunge you must go to Event Day registration at the Teen Center. East end of 1st Street next to Barker Resevior.
